Synopsis: Young boy leaves the Oklahoma farm to travel with his country musician uncle who is trying out for the Grand Ole Opry. Set during the Great Depression.

Sex & Nudity Reason: In the very beginning, an older woman with lots of sun damage on her chest is breastfeeding her baby. A man owes Red $100 and the man implies that Red take a girl that works for him, in a trade for the money that he owes Red. Whit (Red calls him Hoss) is taken by Red (his uncle) to a whorehouse (to get his nephew laid) where sex is implied. Violence & Gore Reason: A crazy woman who thinks she's being robbed shoots at a "robber." A boy steals chickens and a farmer shoots at him as he runs off. A man with an unloaded shotgun holds up a guy who owes him money and a few gamblers. One gambler tries to grab him, but he is triped up and knocked out with the gun barrell.
