Threat: Scenes include a decomposing man, a graphic transformation sequence as a man turns into a werewolf, and moments of horror violence include the severing of a werewolf's arm. A man is shown with a melted face. He starts to change into a werewolf but is shot in the neck. A woman is killed by a werewolf. Later on, we see her body with a bloody and wounded neck.
