A teenage boy is graphically stabbed through the stomach with a shotgun.
A 9 year old boy is run over by a motorbike and dies. When we get a closer look at the boy, some blood is shown.
In the opening scene, a man is thrashed around and slammed into the ground repeatedly by a creature. The creature then holds up the man and it's difficult to tell what happens next, but it looks like the creature snaps his neck.
A teenage boy is pulled away, and killed offscreen. We then see his mutilated corpse. His corpse is scratched, chomped, and covered in blood.
A teenage boy is beaten with a blunt object by another teenage boy and it is unknown weather he dies or is rendered unconscious.
A man is graphically shot to death with a pistol.
A teenage girl is attacked by a creature and is then dragged away and killed offscreen.
A child is hit by a motorcycle. The body is seen. This is very sad.

- The creature known as Pumpkinhead looks very grotesque. It's gigantic and has big white eyes with no pupils. It has a large deformed head and putrid body.
The creature may be frightening to younger viewers. Other than that, not many frightening elements other than a few jump scares.
The whole movie has a creepy, atmospheric feel.
The theme of the film sounds very haunted and scary.
There are lots of frightening images.
Pumpkinhead is not as gory as many other R-rated creature feature features, but still creepy and violent
The summoning scene in which Pumpkinhead is summoned may frighten some viewers.
