THE TRAITOR is an Italian crime drama, based on real events, in which an informant helps to bring down leading figures in the Sicilian Mafia in the 1980s. Violence: There are scenes of bloody gangland violence featuring shootings, dismemberment and strangulations, with images of aftermath injury detail. In one scene, a man sews up his own lips in undetailed fashion in a symbolic act to demonstrate that he will not inform on his partners in crime. Sex: A woman's breast nudity is seen as a man thrusts between her legs. There is also sexualised breast nudity in another scene as a woman has a suggestive telephone conversation with her husband. Language: There is strong language ('f**k'), as well as milder bad language including uses of 'pussy', 'sluts', 'bastard', 'shit', 'crap', 'pissing me off', 'jerk' and 'damn'. A man convulses and foams at the mouth after ingesting strychnine offscreen in what is later referred to as a failed suicide attempt. Concerns are expressed about the man making subsequent attempts to take his own life. There are references to drugs and drug misuse in the context of a criminal organisation being involved in the trade of narcotics.

He orders her to undress and after a few seconds he also strips, lies on the bed with her and they start having sex. Explicit and short female nudity, thrusting and moaning. Man strips naked in court. Full frontal nudity is shown. Lots of sex. Sex scene with clothes on for a few seconds while on a bed in Brazil with his wife. Within the 1st hour.... Heavy sex and nudity. When you see the counter on the bottom of the screen and it gets close to 100 there is a couple in bed having sex while nude and you see breasts. That's all within the 1st hour.... Dense nudity n sex. There's a flashback to a 1970's prison and a prostitute comes in, undresses, and she's fully naked on the bed and then he gets fully naked in there's a sex scene. That's all within the 1st hour.... A bunch. Back in Italy there's a phone call to the wife while she's in Tampa Florida (which flashes across the screen) and about 30 seconds later she strips down nude on the bed to have phone sex. That's all within the 1st hour....
