Sex & Nudity
Sex & Nudity Reason
Some women are seen in just bra and panties. Early on the movie, about 15 minutes, a man stares at a woman's clothed breasts and says "what a pair". The woman tells him that he likes her breast. A man grabs a porno magazine (you couldn't really see what was on the magazine though). 20 minutes into the movie, a man lying on a bunk-bed looks at a huge poster of a full-frontal naked woman. The camera man starts at the top of the poster and slowly moves downward (the pubic area is noticeable) this lasts close to 7 seconds long. It's implied a guy is nude as he steps out of a shower but he's wearing a towel around his waist. A woman is naked, but you don't really see anything. A woman takes a shower while wearing bra and panties.

Violence & Gore
Violence & Gore Reason
The creature looks very gory and disturbing. A man gets a very nasty rash on the side of his neck. Then he gets one on his arm and starts scratching it. Graphic holes and marks in decomposing skin are seen. A woman takes a shower and the water is hurting her. The creature slashes at a man's chest. A nasty leech-like creature sucks on a man's stomach. It leaves a slimy and bloody mess on the man's stomach and chest, as well as his hands for trying to get it off. A man grows a mouth with sharp teeth on the palm of his hand. The creature is attacked with various tools, and shot with flamethrowers. Parts are severed off the creature (limbs and tentacles). This results in gore and splitting blood. The creature's head get's crushed in an elevator (blood sprays). But it revives. A man punches a woman in the face with no warning - knocking her out. The creature rises from out of the water and attacks one of men who almost survives through the entire movie. The creature claws at his head while pulled under water and he sinks dead. The creature gets a dynamite thrown into it's mouth and it explodes with chunks flying everywhere. When the creature is mutating with infected people their faces and body parts are seen sticking out of the creature in various places. This is very disgusting, gory, and disturbing.

Profanity Reason
Two or three uses of the f-word, including a use of "motherf***er". A few uses of bitch or "son of a bitch", as well as the s-word, plus the sexual references.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking Reason
Vodka is shown and drunk by two characters.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
Frightening & Intense Scenes Reason
Not many scares, but there's a few intense moments here and there. Many gross and disturbing images throughout, such as slimey monsters, nasty sores, dead bodies, and some of the moments in Violence and Gore. This movie doesn't have as many jump scares as most modern horror films, but it is very intense and gory.
